LUNA Welcomes Michelin-Starred BEHIND

On Tuesday, 7th July 2026, LUNA Omakase welcomes acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant BEHIND for an exclusive one-night-only collaborative dining experience.

Executive Chef Leonard Tanyag and Michelin-starred Chef Andy Beynon join forces to present a bespoke omakase menu inspired by Japanese precision, seasonal seafood and bold British coastal flavours.

The specially created menu will be served across two intimate sittings at 6pm and 8:30pm.
