Soy sauce at LUNA. Fermented and aged, a balance of salt, umami, and quiet sweetness. At the counter, it is brushed only at the Chef Leo’s discretion just enough to let the fish speak, never more than it needs.
Inside LUNA Here, the walls tell their own story. Encircling the counter are twelve paintings by Mexican artist @oms_rocha. Each piece is brushed with hibiscus and green tea brewed by the team at Los Mochis. Birth, growth, change, return, an endle

Caviar Handroll at LUNA. A single spoonful of Oscietra caviar from @arsitalicacaviar, served in a crisp sweet potato shell and finished with gusano salt. A nod to taco tradition but reimagined.
